Part of next year's costume

OK, this is part of my costume for next year. It's obviously not done yet, I have more pieces to cut, colour, and attach. Guess what it is and you get an honourable mention.

But here's a hint: This male, while often considered the eldest, is the middle child in this famous set of siblings.

My friends Rachel and Cat will be dressing up with me.
